Shipping and Returns

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We have four different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Europe and China.

After your order is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.

If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest fulfillment location, we will ship from our main fulfillment center where we stock large quantity and style of the products.

Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 15-30 days (due to the COVID-19 pandemic) after order processing, to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be fully uploaded to the tracking system.

Please note that your order is on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to make sure the correct shipping address is entered when placing your order. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out t our support team.  

RETURNS

Our return policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, please contact our customer support at hello@mypopdeals.com and we will be happy to assist you with your request.

Please note, we do not accept returns for items like underwears, socks, and insoles due to health reasons, please make sure your selections carefully before placing your order.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you to we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method less 15% restocking fee within 2-3 business days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for same item, please contact us to get the Return Authorization Number.
